Prices for servicing start at £65, increasing depending on the extent of cleaning and adjustment needed. Upon review of the typewriter, customers will receive a quote before any work is done. Servicing is the baseline of typewriter work and involves chemical deep-cleaning and general adjustments. This is the most common work required to get typewriters in good working shape.

Extensive refurbishments typically cost between £200 and £300. Refurbishment goes beyond servicing and includes the replacement of typewriter components to get the typewriter to its original form as much as possible, both in terms of looks and operation. The time and cost of refurbishment is dependant on the parts needing replacing.

Repairs start at £20, increasing depending on the time & parts required to fix a malfunction or repair damage. A repair is work carried out to fix a particular problem that a typewriter is experiencing. If the cause of a typewriter's fault is not known to the customer, its identification is made during initial appraisal. If the typewriter is dirty and grimy and this is identified as the cause of the typewriter's issue, customers will be advised to have their typewriters serviced with a chemical clean, as this often resolves many issues. The work will then fall under a service, and a servicing quote will be given.
